Is my Gmail data safe?
Yes. Respello connects via Google OAuth and keeps tokens server-side. Your credentials never live in the browser, and access is scoped to what Gmail integration requires.
Does Respello send emails without my approval?
Not by default. Auto-reply starts off and draft-only mode is available. You choose when to enable auto-send, and risky categories stay held for human review.
What happens after the 14-day trial?
After your trial, Respello continues at $100 CAD/month, which includes 2 inboxes and 1,000 emails / 100 texts. Add more inboxes or send higher volumes and the price scales predictably (see the calculator above for your exact estimate). You can manage billing from Settings at any time.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel anytime from your billing settings. There is no long-term commitment.
Which emails does Respello handle automatically?
You control that with safety rules and category settings. Simple, low-risk emails can be auto-sent when you enable autopilot. Refunds, legal, financial, and sensitive mail stay human by default.
Can my team share one inbox?
Yes. Team members can work from a shared inbox with role-based access. Billing is managed by the inbox owner.
